Manitoba Conservation's Petroleum Storage Program
"To ensure a safe environment the Manitoba government replaced the former legislation regulating the storage and handling of petroleum and associated products on December 17, 2001 . The new regulation is entitled the Storage and Handling of Petroleum Products and Allied Products Regulation (MR188/2001)."
