catalytuc converters should be returned to vendor for reactivation (Regeneration), if that is not included in contract, Hazardous waste treatment is required/treatment facility.

I can get $4/converter at the scrap dealer, but I heard of them going for as much as $15-$40 each. I would like to get the best price I can for them before they end up in the shreader.
