I am writing a sample O&M Manual for a landfill and am wondering what types of things are important to include. Does anybody have any information on this or any suggestions of what I should be including??

the following is just few lines that might give you a guideline, Site criteria design monitoring systems and equipments leachate collection in case of spill Emergency response plans prepardness plans duties and responsibilities including key holder and definite authorities/competence future decomissining if applicable training required for each person at his position and level of education type of fence, equipments, safety factors, labour, routine check, etc-- if you need any details about any of the above points, or other you hav in mind, leave me a note here, would like to help thank you

You may want to include contact information, internal and external, nearest waterways, security arrangements, locations of first aid supplies, inventory of emergency equipment, as well as SOP's for both normal and emergency situations.
