Environmental site cleanup/remediation activities include:
· removal and disposal of underground storage tanks (over 100/year)
· excavation and remediation of contaminated soils
· bio-remediation of hydrocarbon contaminated soils
· advanced oxidation decontamination of hazardous organic and inorganic pollutants (PCB’s, hydrocarbons and cyanide)
· excavation, handling and destruction/disposal of PCB contaminated soils
· mobile water treatment
· construction of bio-remediation cells

Decommissioning/demolition activities include commercial, industrial and oilfield structures and facilities. K-LOR’s decommissioning/demolition activities involve:
· deconstruction of buildings and structures (including plant and facilities dismantling)
· complete debris hauling and recycling programs
· concrete processing and recycling (excavator mounted concrete cruncher)
· dangerous goods handling and removal
· storage tanks removal and recycling (metal shear)

Site Services activities include:
· installation of underground utilities (water, sanitary and storm sewers)
· installation of groundwater recovery systems (trench drains and recovery wells)
· site leveling and preparation
