Postnum: 171 EntryID:861
I am looking into the possibility of using wind power for electricity in my home. An idea that came up over coffee was to mount the turbine horizontally in a flat roof on the garage. This way, it would be able to operate no matter which direction the wind comes from. Also, this would get around any bylaws regarding the height of towers in town, etc. Has anyone heard of using the turbines this way? Any suggestions? thanks for your help!
